When do I get information about my host family?

After we receive your homestay application form and payment for homestay we will send you information recommending a family which we feel will be a good match for you.
                                  
What happens if I don’t like the family?

If any problems develop at anytime during your homestay please let us know as soon as possible so we can remedy the problem. If the problem cannot be solved, then we can introduce you to another homestay family.

What comes with a furnished apartment?

The furnished apartments come with everything you need, kitchen utensils, fridge, stove, microwave, TV, DVD, bed, dining table and more. In most cases you only have to bring your suit case.

Do I pay a damage deposit if I stay in a furnished apartment?

You must pay a damage deposit when you take the apartment. It is usually half of the monthly rent, this damage deposit is returned to the student at the end of the rental agreement if the apartment is in the same condition as it was when it was rented. The furnished apartments are in excellent condition, they are inspected by our agency before you move in.
