Policy of the schools:

The students have to follow the rules according to the school they are attending.

Civil liability:

Norhtwest Homestay and Student Agency is not responsible for any injury or loss suffered by the student during periods of independent travel or absence from the school.

Terms and conditions for:

Homestay accommodation

Should the student desire to change homestay under circumstances other than emergency, two weeks written notice will be required.

• Fees are effective until December 31, 2007
• One week is calculated as 7 nights (ex: check in Jan.1, 2007, check out Jan.8, 2007)
• One month is calculated as 4 weeks or 28 nights (ex: check-in Jan.1, check-out Jan.29)

Furnished apartment accommodation

After you agree to rent an apartment we will ask you for a damage deposit of half a months rent. This is to cover any unpaid rent or damage you cause to your apartment during your tenancy. Once you pay this deposit your agreement to rent becomes a binding contract even if it is only verbal.

When you move out, you must give one months notice and be in compliance with your lease agreement.
